Our prices are based on the hours it actually takes to perform an aircraft inspection on the listed aircraft. In the PDF below you will find the average hours that it takes to perform a complete inspection on the aircrafted listed, If you're getting quotes with significantly less hours for the inspection, be aware that you may not be receiving a full and complete annual inspection.
Parts and consumables required for the annual inspection, oil, oil filters, misc. shop supplies, etc. are not included in our flat rate price. Nor is Labour and parts to rectify any defects, discrepancies and / or snags that may be found, or Inspection and servicing of installed aftermarket / STC'd equipment. Out of Phase items (CAR's STD 625 Appendix "C"), TBO items, Airworthiness Directive compliance, Service Bulletin compliance, and other special inspection items are also not included.

Our new policy moving forward is no owner assisted annuals. The first reason is for Occupational Health and Safety reasons. Our workers are covered under workmans comp, but our customers are not. There is too much exposure here. We are happy to have you stop by on a scheduled break, or call us at noon to check on progress. The second reason for deciding this is that you get our best work when we are not distracted and interacting with the client. We will schedule an elementary maintenance training session with prior notice. There is a list of items considered elementary maintenance on the TC website.
